Will Brinkman

The Champion of the Month comes to us from Leipzig, Germany.  He has been active in the community and helped organize one of the biggest World of Warcraft Trading Card Game tournament series in all of Europe, Triple Play V.  I went into the details about the event a couple weeks ago on this blog. Going five years strong!  He also had a hand in creating the Bootcamp LE website.

In addition to being an important part of setting up Triple Play V, he also organizes his players for trips to all the major events being held in Europe. This includes events like the World Cup and DMFs. Wrangling TCG players can be tough work, but Christian does it with a smile!

In his local area, both he and Oliver helped to build up the playing community in Berlin. It has grown to a size of 11 regulars with more new players showing up all the time. He also visits other cities with his team to give demos in stores that don’t have a regular player base. The group took to the Leipzig Book Fair recently and along with his team, demoing for four straight days to a crowd who has little connection to the WoWTCG.  He does anything he can to increase the playing community overall.

The Champion of the Month award goes to CZEV# 33, you may know him as Nemesis on the forums, Christian Pfeiffer. For his hard work, Christian will receive an uncut sheet, a Cryptozoic Playmat, and some additional goodies.  Congrats Christian and keep up the good work.
