Hey folks, it's been about a week since we last chatted. 

Strategy Articles and Forum Clutter

I'm super excited that we have third-party sites popping up and promoting the game. Sweet! A problem that's crept up now that there are three or four sites pumping out content is that the General Forums isn't really usable by anyone in the community who isn't looking to discuss articles. So, we're going to ask that third-party sites move their posts to the appropriate forums such as Strategy & Decklists (Core & Classic), Off-Topic, Tournament & Organized Play Discussion, and the like. We'll continue to publish spoilers in General (and those who receive spoiler cards from us can do the same), but otherwise we want article links to go into the appropriate section. As a bonus, someone looking for Core strategy will now see an article that is about Core strategy, and someone looking at OP discussion will see a tournament report. Hooray for organization!

Asia Pacific Continental Championship

For the first time, we provided English-language coverage of an event within China. The APCC was held in Shenzhen, China, and you can read about all the events that happened over the weekend. As mentioned in an earlier blog post, it's our second biggest market and the game is receiving support from some of the biggest gaming networks like SINA. You can read the live coverage here and go through the pictures.

Localization

Once we launch localization, coming soon™ to a computer near you, you'll be able to switch languages on WoWTCG.com and we'll host Chinese-language content as well as English-language content. That also means that there will be localized product pages, so native Italian speakers will be able see a Class Starter Deck page in Italian. Yeah, Google Chrome does help in translating web pages, but it's no substitute for localization.
