Hello again, heroes and allies! The time has been flying by and it’s hard for me to believe it’s already December. In no time it’ll be a whole new year. Two-thousand-eleven has been really successful for us and the Champions of the Black Flame have played an important part in growing the game in every country where the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game is played. The things that our Champions do for the love of the game is incredible and I wish I had more opportunities in the day to express how thankful I am for their contributions.

There are a great number of deserving Champions to choose to recognize, when making the decision of Champion of the Month. Today, Cryptozoic Entertainment would like to recognize two of our volunteers who have been consistently great with the titles of Champions of the Month for October and November.

October 2011

For Champion of the Month in October 2011, we would like to recognize Champion of the Black Flame #44, William Zobac. Zo (as he’s commonly referred to as) has hit the ground running since he arrived in the Dallas area this year, and has been a big part in growing the World of Warcraft TCG community at a number of stores in north Texas. Zo has attended countless Cryptozoic events in 2011 and is a recognizable personality in the community. Under the user name “Ferrier13,” Zo is an active contributor on the Cryptozoic forums, sharing his expertise and interacting with players and fans outside of events.

November 2011

For November 2011’s Champion of the Month, we would like to recognize Champion of the Black Flame #176, Piotr Kraśkiewicz. Piotr is a significant contributor to the World of Warcraft TCG community in Poland. He is one of the main motivators of Battleground events in this region, and he doesn’t just run events locally in Wrocław. He’s been traveling around the country to help play groups get started around regions such as Opole (which is about 70 km from Wrocław). In addition to all this, he provides content to other Polish World of Warcraft TCG fans in their native language on his site Morning Pyroblast, which has become a Cryptozoic Affiliate. In addition, Piotr interacts with players globally on the Cryptozoic forums under the handle “Eerion,” replying to posts with more proper English grammar than even your humble narrator has the ability of communicating in.

Both William and Piotr will receive a gift package full of exclusive Cryptozoic goodies for their consistent contributions to growing the gaming community. Zo, Piotr, Cryptozoic Entertainment is extremely grateful for both of your continuous support!
