Season 7 Realm Championships are two day events, held globally April 28th and 29th. This is an invitation only tournament, and you can only be invited through accumulating 10 points through Realm Qualifiers. Players may attend any Realm Championship, but only attend one Realm Championship event during Season 7.
Didn't get there this season? There are also additional events held at each Realm Championship location where players can win Loot Cards and other prizes.
Championship Format
The format for the Season 7 Realm Championship tournament will be a number of rounds of Core Constructed and then 3 rounds of Draft. The Top 8 from the Swiss rounds on Saturday will advance to single elimination rounds to take place on Sunday.
If 94 or fewer players are in attendance, there should be 6 rounds of Core Constructed before the 3 rounds of Draft.
If 95 or more players are in attendance, there should be 7 rounds of Core Constructed before the 3 rounds of Draft.
The format for Sunday’s Top 8 is Core Constructed, using the same Core deck from Saturday. These rounds will be best two-of-three.
PARTICIPATION
Realm Championship participants will each receive a Wake of Destruction Foil Promo Card and a 2012 Series Death Knight Deckbox while supplies last.
