We are huge fans of Outlander at Cryptozoic and have been just as excited about the release of our Outlander Trading Cards Season 2 as many of you. As a result, it is to our great disappointment that we have received reports from a few customers and dealers about cases of cards that are missing Autograph Cards.
It is still early and not everyone has received or opened their cases, so we do not yet know the extent of the problem. We are conducting a thorough investigation with our packaging partners to find out what happened and will update you as soon as we learn more.
